What our support covers, where to reach it, and the rules that keep it honest. A human reads every message.
Last updated: 26 August 2026.
Support happens over email. Create a ticket from Support & Help in your dashboard, or use the contact page. No phone, no social media DMs.
We support the plugin on every plan, including Free.
We never ask for your credentials by email or chat. Ever.
Support covers BoltAudit itself: making the plugin and your account work the way this website says they do.
Installation and setup of the plugin
Bugs, errors, and anything not behaving as described
Understanding your findings, scores, and reports
Running audits, and audits that fail or stall
Billing, subscriptions, refunds, and invoices
AI credits: balances, reloads, packs, and failed runs
SEO & AEO audit questions and the Fix Plan
The same people answer free and paid requests. Paid plans do not buy a different quality of answer.
Carrying out the fixes for you. Support explains findings; doing the work on your site is the Done For You service.
Custom development, theme work, or design changes.
Debugging other plugins or your hosting. The audit names what is slow, and we help you read the evidence, but fixing a third-party plugin belongs to its developer and your host belongs to your host.
General SEO consulting beyond your BoltAudit findings. Content and strategy work is scoped under Done For You.
Where a request sits outside support, we say so plainly and point you at the right door instead of leaving the ticket to age.
Support runs over email, and there are two doors in. Inside the product, open Support & Help in the sidebar and create a ticket from the Support tab; your recent requests and their status live there too, and you can optionally attach your latest audit summary so we see what you see. Outside the product, the contact page reaches the same inbox. We do not provide support by phone, social media, or in reviews, because none of those let us look at your report with you safely.
We do not publish a response-time promise, because we would rather keep an honest silence than break a printed number. What we will say: a human reads every message, weekends are slower, and if your site is down because of something BoltAudit did, say so in the subject and it goes to the front of the line.
Three rules with no exceptions:
We never ask for passwords, admin logins, or API keys by email, chat, or any support reply. A message asking for them is not from us.
When work on your site genuinely needs access, that happens only inside the Done For You service, only after you approve a written scope, and only through a documented path you can revoke at any time.
Support can ask you to attach your audit summary from the dashboard, which you can preview before sending. That is the most access a support ticket ever needs.
We answer everyone with patience, and we expect the basics back. Threats or abuse toward the people answering end the conversation. Disagreeing loudly with an answer is fine; support has a thick skin and this page to stand on.
