The local checks send nothing anywhere. The AI Deep Audit sends the performance findings being analyzed. The AI Visibility Audit sends page titles, metas, and the text of analyzed pages. No. It never connects to your analytics, and it has no access to customer records. Loss figures are research-backed estimates, which is why every one is labeled estimated.

The plugin's tables are removed on uninstall if you enable cleanup in Settings, and nothing remains on your server that you did not keep.

These terms apply to purchased credit packs. Unused purchased credits are refundable on request within 90 days of purchase; after that they remain spendable until they expire, but are no longer refundable. Spent credits are not refundable. Weekly plan credits are part of your subscription and are not individually refundable. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and purchased credits expire 12 months after subscription cancellation.

Contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund your subscription. We do not prorate partial months after that window. Before you dispute a charge, contact us; we resolve almost everything faster than a dispute does.
